Worcester sauce

Originating from U.K., Wocester sauce is made with soy sauce, vinegar, anchovies and various sweeeteners.
It is mainly used in soups, meats, stews and sauces. Also with fish, in many Indian and Asian recipies, for salads and coctails too!
